If you look closely he was expecting to catch the ball mid air while sliding over the grass, but the grass was too dry to sail over and suddenly he got stuck, bounced and lost balance lmao

As an African, most African football is just horrible. The level of skill, the condition of the pitches, the officiating etc

Yeah i feel you. On the other hand It gives the Africa cup a certain charm tbh. Feel like I’m watching the football from 30 years ago, it feels much more happy go lucky and real tbh. People in the stadiums seem to be having the time of their live every game. Plus there are funny moments every game.

you'd probably enjoy South American football, its all probably like that with s*** defending and lots of goals. Brazil league in particular.

I can't think of a single half-decent one yes. they produce good strikers and more recently some decent midfielders (decent not good).

probably tied in with their development, they don't have good GK training/coaching in place anywhere. whereas every kid can get fit, strong, and wants to score goals. hence more strikers out there like drogba, osimhen and 10 others.

Can't remember what competition it was, but that Ref ending a game a few minutes early a year or two ago was crazy Think it was Morocco or Tunisia playing? Coach of the losing team wanted to throw hands with the Ref

International footy is still good vibes. Expanding the world cup to 48 and euros to 24 is such trash tho
