Does haaland fit? If we’re building the team it’s starting to shape up as rashford on left martial up top and greenwood on the right...I love it. Haaland would be nice but will it be a problem to fit him in?

Would love more of a veteran backup striker that would be happy with letting Anthony play most of the games up top.

Won’t happen in January but I can’t stand luke Shaw. Always injured and isn’t that good. Very few lb options out there tho unfortunately. Perhaps chilwel or digne.

Haaland has Hwang and Minamino who make him look better than what he is. My fear is we don’t have the creativity to warrant paying the fees that are being reported. Rashford and Martial are our building blocks, could see a potential upgrade on Greenwood so he can still develop and expectations don’t get too unrealistic. But Haaland will want to play where Martial is. Don’t want him.

AM9 needs an extended run as our striker. So I wouldn’t want to buy someone who will demand a starting role. Mertens and Callejon maybe are good options. Their contracts run out in the summer.

Haaland has the attributes of a target man, and allows us to have a more 'direct' threat, which is something we really lack. Other than that Rashford header I can't remember the last time we scored off a cross / corner.

Could see Haaland working in a 2 upfront system, like Lukaku-Rashford.

Yes that’s what I’m thinking exactly. We need to build on the rashford martial potential. Just need a reliable back up when injuries arise so we’re not left playing lingard up front for an entire month
