Damn Maguire is really s*** at heading I’d be scoring all day off the chances he’s had

fair. as long as he stays solid defensively, everything off corners is a bonus. he'll probably end the season with 3-5 header goals I expect

It seems the plan is for them to aim at him in the center of the goal every time and 9/10 he misses the target maybe should think of putting him on the back post with a more lofted ball to knock it down across goal might work better since it better coordinates with his defensive efforts he does so well.
Solid half honestly, really impressed by how much pressure we put on 'em
AWB was absolutely horrible all half and was at fault for the goal though
centre back needs to keep track of that, you cant expect a CM to make that run all the way back with lookman.
and good point by Hargreaves at HT, about the pressing by Fred for cavani goal I didnt notice that live

You keep marking untill the centre back coaches otherwise. This one is on Paul.
Edit: And if a centre back is responsible it’s Harry. He should coach Fred to mark the striker coming in the ball so he can defend the area where the midfielder is running to.

meh. owen/hargreaves broke it down sufficiently enough for me to go with their arguments and they both put it on bailly.
either way its probably mixed responsibility in the end between shaw harry pog

Bailly is no where to blame on this, that’s blatan bs

He wouldn’t ofBeen onside if wan bissaka wasn’t in no mans land when not even involved in the play.

That’s no excuse to stop running with your opponent

no he is, just watch halftime a***ysis lol. anyway lets move on

I don’t need them to tell me who’s fault it is. I know I’m stubborn but not an idiot. Its Paul or Harry. You go man marking or zonal. If it’s man marking Paul is responsible for his own man. If it’s zonal Harry should coach Fred to mark the striker coming in midfield so he can take over the midfielder of Pogba. You can make an argument of Bailly covering that area but in first it’s still Paul who stops running.

Edit: See the screen, Maguire could give that striker to Shaw or Fred. Fred isn’t marking anyone and closest so the most logical option. Maguire should take a few staps back while Shaw comes more to the centre. And still it is never an excuse for Paul to stop running.
Paul read my post I know it
