Wasnāt joking when I said he was our best player all the times
Keep the amad agenda going You see the vision!!
if it wasnāt for ten hag amad wouldāve already been unleashed last season tbh
give that boy a proper coach and unleash the beast
yeah. or, rotate garnacho/rashford, cause if this is the level amad is at this season, hes undroppable.
undroppable? highly doubt that the miserable bald man who let him rot on bench even after he delivered every single time he came on would consider him undroppable:(
at least he finally opened his blindfolds towards the end of the season and put him in order ahead of his beloved antony (hopefully)
took him a damn long time though

He was injured till January and then he slowly bedded him back in, accounting for the fact the team was struggling and Ten Hag was under constant pressure, and then gave him a consistent run towards the end of the season.
S*** criticism honestly. Especially when he's literally just said this is going to be his season.
Criticising Ten Hag for youth development is the probably the stupidest of all to throw at him. You think Tuchel or whoever would have bothered developing any of these players.

idk man, wouldnāt really call starting in the last 3 games of the season where there wasnāt much to lose a consistent run but to each their own i guess.
that run couldāve been called consistent if it came like a month earlier, you just wonāt convince me that antony deserved to start instead in games like against sheffield, burnley (where he surprisingly delivered tbf) or palace - that wouldāve been the ideal run of games to start for amad instead of kinda throwing him deep in the water against newcastle, arsenal and brighton which felt sorta alibistic to meā¦. luckily for ten hag he dealt with the pressure easily and delivered in every single of these games to prove him wrong
shouldāve been there after the liverpool game imo (respectively after his ban vs brentford)
also ten hag says a lot of things to be fair so iāll wait and see if he doubles down on his words
Was Loro jenny good today?
Yeah Iād give him a 10/10.
edit: but he had like nothing to do really. maybe 4 defensive actions required. rangers would prob get relegated from PL so idk its not a serious test.

We wouldnāt have heard of Mainoo if Tuchel was our manager last season

Well given that he came off injured in his first start back, maybe easing him in with 40 minute max cameos till then wasn't the worst idea Ten Hag's ever had.
He got minutes in our final 7 league games and started the last 3. That's a decently consistent run for a guy that spent half the season out and hadn't yet established himself as even a squad player for us.

i got no problem with that but feel that these cameos couldāve been happening earlier in the year - that way he couldāve been more useful to the team towards the end of the season, he wouldāve surely helped
he was already fit in february, wasnāt he? iām just asking myself where was he for the entire month besides getting like 20 minutes total, couldāve been getting those shorter doses of playtime back then before april but maybe thatās just me
perhaps he wasnāt fully fit and ready yet and therefore Iād get it, but Forson getting minutes over him in quite a few of those games felt pointless and unnecessary
We wouldnāt have heard of Mainoo if Tuchel was our manager last season
that is also true
didnāt say a word about Tucheliban there though that was just put in my mouth, Iām not tryna criticise ten Hag for youth development overall but just in this particular case I feel like more couldāve been done for Amad last season - donāt see why guys like Forson were ever getting minutes instead of him
This is what I remember seeing when we signed him, hyped ever since that day even after his stinker at rangers
i honestly donāt think heās ever leaving sociedad or at least not anytime soon, probably a similar case to oyarzabal and a few more guys out there
there were a lot of rumors of barca and arsenal being heavily interested, or even bayern before palhinha, but seemingly with zero success of persuading him to move elsewhere as all the links died away after a while, he most probably has no intent to leave as stated before
I looked it up a little and apparently heāll only leave if Alonso comes knocking bc Alonso pushed him into Sociedad B and that got him to their first team and to where he is now.
Have to respect the loyalty I suppose
collyer is honestly about the same level might as well just add him to squad instead of sign amrabat

Yeah I feel the same, Amrabat just seems like one of those players that will be here for 4 years while contributing almost nothing and someone we can never get rid off.
