I genuinely can’t wrap my head around why people think Sancho is some kind of world beater being held back by us? Even in his Dortmund days before us he got high numbers in a farmers league but looking at the actual assists and goals they’re 90% tap ins and one two passes, of course this is a quality but not anything special. In over 80(!) games he’s played for us he failed to wow me a single time, sure he’s had some (5) good games but never a world class performance. That’s why he’s different from someone like Rashford for me, who has shown over the past that he really has qualities of a world class player, but just seems to have mentally given up.
