The main problem is that it’s not just Casemiro constantly misplacing passes (he’s been doing that for over a year now) it’s almost everyone in our team that couldn’t give a proper 5 yard pass. Liverpool had a good pressing system today and our players were absolutely clueless on how to handle it.

He was the best defender at the copa this summer. It’s just something with this team. We got most of the real bums out and we’re still useless. When your defence is getting run through and your back line is Evans Lindelof and Kambwala it’s understandable, but when it’s proven players like De Ligt and Martinez there’s something else that’s going in your team that isn’t making sense. I don’t think it’s ever been more clearer that Erik is just not gonna be doing it for us.
