I like Ole but one thing I'm worried about under his tenure is that we're going to keep hearing "our squad is not good enough to win the league yet". I mean they are not wrong but when exactly will our squad be good enough? Teams like City and Liverpool and maybe even Chelsea all have a better squad than us currently and it's not like they won't keep improving. We can sign a Cb DM and RW and I'd still see City as favorites

Tbh, only chance we have of winning the league the coming years is having sheer luck. City having an off season, a lot of lucky goals, having ref decisions in our advantage, getting a player that unexpectedly massively improves our team. Basically how Liverpool won the league.

We know United aren't getting a manager close to Pep, why would we stick with Lindelof-Maguire just based on the shaky premise that they'd work for him?
Maguire isn't capable of leading the defence as the primary centre back, Maguire+1 hasn't worked. Sign a leader for how ever much it costs and let Maguire fight with the others for second spot.
