    😂😂😂😂 thats brilliant

That “he can f*** off” had so much venom to it, sends me every time

nah cmon this is some crazy butterfly effect s*** - a hundred things happen between the giveaway and the goals, blaming them on him seems myopic.

    The point remains the same

Both goals and the penalty begin because of his inability to make simple passes & treating the ball like it’s a bomb that has to be as far away from him as possible

We are caught out immediately when that happens, out of shape etc. Yes it’s not as simple as Dorgu passes it back past Onana but the patterns are consistent

Here's my take on the situation:

Fergie made sure his legacy would never be broken or surpassed both on the pitch and off the pitch by ensuring the club would never be elite again.

Put them on the perch and then decided no one was going to ever top that again.

“Without question, I have found the owners excellent,” he said.
“They have never failed in their promises and support in what we have done."

    • Ferguson discussing the Glazers in 2006

Ferguson backing the Glazers was a crucial move to ensure the bank would lend them the cash to purchase the club.

Roy Keane remains the realest mfer to ever play for the club outside of Sir Bobby Charlton (RIP).

It’s crazy how much talking heads like Goldbridge control the narrative because I’ve been wondering for months why he wasn’t getting any kind of criticism.

It is a bit odd though bc he was at least scoring some goals last season and his finishing seemed decent. This season it’s been nonexistent.

yea agreed, one of the main points of my hate was that he’s clearly not enough to be united’s no. 1 striker yet (+ i found the money spent on someone so unproven like him quite outrageous in the club’s position)

still though i definitely expected more progress from him this season, especially after the manager change but he’s bang useless, just seems to get progressively worse.

heavy agree on the finishing part, that’s the only thing i never gave him s*** for but even that seems kinda gone now. he was and is literally pure s*** in pretty much every single aspect of his game besides finishing, but i still thought that was not that bad of a start cause those are mostly things you can work on, most of the other no. 9’s these days got the rest but absolutely suck ass at finishing so you woulda thought that perhaps there was hope that maybe one day….

still think he could possibly work out as a pretty good backup but he just can’t be a starter and the sole option which you have to rely on, that was evident from the jump i believe. could learn a thing or two from having a proper striker in the club though and maybe he would find his feet with less pressure on his back and better conditions for development, who knows. for now it seems like another lost cause though, not that it would be too surprising to me in this particular case.

There are few alternatives to Hojlund tho - that summer. And even this summer. Everyone wants a 9. There’s a reason arsenal are trying Havertz there instead of buying somebody. Hard to find.

However: get me Osi or Gyok and we might be back on track for 10th next season.

And if we then find a good GK, 3 cb’s, 2 wing backs, 2 Centre mids, 2 attacking mids, well lads….. we might actually be all the way fully back to fighting for 5th CL spot status.

FFS the home kit isn’t terrible but adidas is really out of ideas trying to recreate the same Umbro third kit with like 3 years of each other

On top of the other issues in this club, I do feel like we’ve had the worst kits of any big club ever since adidas replaced Nike.

Backing being a huge caveat there

few alternatives that summer but i still think that kolo muani or toney would’ve been much better options. or could've possibly splashed out big on osimhen if they saved the mount money.

and regarding arsenal I’m not buying into that, that’s just incompetence at this point imo. it’s been the main problem for years now and i believe gyok was there for taking this summer after the sesko deal didn’t go through. or even osimhen.

this summer there will be opportunities imo, you can choose between gyok and osimhen which is already good enough compared to some of the previous summers imo + maybe even isak could be bound to leave. united can probably forget about all three of those unless they win europa or fa cup (or offer osimhen s***load of money, that would probably work too imo)

big downgrade from this season imo, don’t really like any of those

the away and third kit this season are really great even though the home kit is ass

    cap

most of city’s puma kits are absolute atrocity, adidas never really missed imo they just look mediocre at worst

there are clubs that got it much worse regarding kits imo
