Yup in hindsight it should have been after the FA Cup but the Glazers and INEOS chose to stick with him and let him spend 100m+, you can’t sack a manager in October after that. We wouldn’t be that far off from where we are now

Literally can be anybody, doesn’t matter we have no more meaningful games to go here other than Europa. We’re 16 points clear of the drop it doesn’t matter who’s seeing out the last 10 games. Europa is surely Ruben’s last chance so if he loses this round or next, bring interim then. (Personally I’d do it now but whatevs)

What formation does he play? We’ve seen no indications there is one that suits this group. The magic man who wins instantly is a wonderful idea. But it’s just not reality.

Do we hire someone who can get a tiny bit of life out of a team none of the fans like, or a proven manager with a style that could be successful with a long term plan and the correct personnel? There’s a catch though, you’d need to give him time to actually do those things.
