this is not an altWell it reflects good on Baleba himself, at least he seems like he respects the club he plays for. I'm not even that sad about this if we get another midfielder for the time being. Brighton were asking 100 mil plus for Ferguson just a couple seasons ago and look what happened to him, would be good to see if Baleba can do it for two seasons in a row before splashing an insane amount.

How many players sold by Liverpool have actually hit elsewhere? I hate buying into their "it's all downhill after us" narrative but especially with young players it seems like they have the sweetest deal. They get massively inflated fees and they seemingly never regret selling them. Their record departure list is almost as aggravating as United's one (for the opposite reason)

But I prefer his play. No nonsense cover. Get the ball does nothing fancy and is quick 1-2 maximum touch to the creative don’t even get a chance to tackle them.
Baleba seems to risky in his play imo.

I think Wharton baleba would be nice together but yeah I just wish Mainoo would grow into a Centre mid so we don’t have to drop 200M on mids. One of the reasons I really don’t care about the season is we have no United academy players breaking though really.
