yep seems like a great pick from the board, definitely learned a thing or two from working with frank and just keeps the continuity. and that’s good cause there was never a reason for any revolution, just evolution. that’s why i never bought into this “brentford is done” bs cause they’re a really well-run club that makes smart decisions, knew they had to be ready for frank’s leaving one day and that they have definitely prepared a clever replacement. they just rarely make bad decisions imo.

however i won’t lie that both mbeumo & wissa (+ norgaard) leaving had me a bit worried for their start to this year’s campaign, ouattara is a great replacement though. hendo will do norgaard’s job too i think.
