Yeah yeah another Ole post but lmao he has no shame
Ole:
Maz will be one of the winners of going back to a 4 — he has the rest of the season when he’s back to secure RB for himself
Hopefully he can stay fit for the rest of the season so we don’t have to rely on that disgrace Dalot.

F*** this guy
so many good managers out of contract / available in the summer
Which one should we ruin next
Yeah yeah another Ole post but lmao he has no shame
It’s good to have ambition
Were the best managers that were former players midfielders
Forwards. Sir Alex, Cruyff, Clough, Dalglish.

Yeah on average midfielders become the best managers imo. But of course you got the exemptions
United manager with 30% winrate
You can’t predict that because it never happened before
If we believe the reports it is very much seen as an interim with no chance of a permanent role for Carrick. I think that’s correct. With respect to Carrick, his role should be steadying the ship, winning some games, and getting some of these big transfers performing to a half decent standard. A top 6 finish from him should be seen as a successful interim role for a more proven manager at the top level to take us back over.
He’s a bit unlucky with the fact all we now have left is premier league football — there’s very little chance for experimenting in cup games, which is a shame. One game a week makes scrutiny all the more bitter for every loss or dropped points now.
In terms of his managerial pedigree — it started well at ‘Boro, and they were unlucky to get promoted first season. Second was so-so, and then it went pear shaped before the chop in the third. He was a little hamstrung in that a lot of his good players in the early seasons were loans/were sold without apt replacements — Akpom, Lath, Rogers etc.
Interested to see how he fares.

Yeah, he's very rigid in approach and got a lot of complaints about late subs (more proactive than reactive most of the time) but he was definitely trying to play on the front foot and built the best attack in the league.
F***ing good luck to him, still miss him a lot
