They haven’t. Previous to this game Arsenal had won their last 4 league games. It seems a lot worse because their recent losses have come in the Carabao/FA Cups.

Results wise Arsenal steadied the ship in the league after it got cut to 2 points, they just did it so boringly and unconvincingly it doesnt feel like that. for example I completely forgot anything that happened in that Chelsea game they won just over a month ago
