Ronaldo is purely there for marketing purposes, to take penalties, and be basically a glorified tap-in merchant these days to stat pad his goals to game ratio, where as Salah has yet to reach his ceiling if he carries on the current trajectory he'll eclipse the 43 he scored in 17/18.
so, currently Mo is the best in the world.
I honestly laughed when united signed Ronaldo, how do City keep getting away with working this team like a puppet. Going back to forcing them to renew a washed Rooney's contract, to eventually having them become Fred's employers. It's amusing
Ole has played a blinder getting the likes of fletcher in high positions, they’ll never turn on their pal
United old boys are going to be reason he gets the sack after forcing a middle aged Ronaldo on him. Invited a lot of pressure on united without actually improving the team, probably even making it worse.
🔥🔥🔥
Just win on Wednesday and the celebration commences Sunday evening

You're just doing the classic rival fan thing of defending the s***ty manager when they're about to get sacked, like how everyone was defending Lampard last year. The team had been dysfunctional and constantly failing the eye test long before Ronaldo. When the team is so disjointed in every area of the pitch it's hard to blame a singular player and not the manager who's clearly out of his depth.
On the "invited a lot of pressure" part, that's another issue with Ole. The pressure applied was the expectation of winning, which has been Ole's downfall every single season at United
Obviously a traditional DM would have been a much better signing but it was never a possibility. The owners only made the funds available for the money making signing. It was Ronaldo or nothing and I'm taking Ronaldo over nothing
He has to go blud, he has to go blud.
Seriously though, even if he clutches his way to a bunch of good results we're now going backwards in terms of progress and we haven't won anything for years. They need to get the right manager in afterwards and that's probably as big of a concern.

Not piling all the blame on Ronaldo, simply saying he does nothing for united, he probably builds on the dysfunction on the pitch. Given the choice between a player you don't want, and unlike Donny can't just bench, and nothing, then not signing anyone is the obvious right answer. You'd think united would have learned from duds like Sanchez.
Problem is the expectations are vague. Can't realistically expect a team to come out of every season with a trophy. These vague expectations are how you end up with Mourinho and van Gaal. On top of that united's squad isn't as good as people like to make out, granted Ole has a part in that with his aimless transfer policy, because he has no identity
What's there left to say at this point
Nothing tbh, we’ve seen this time and time again, Ole doesn’t have any tactical plans, just wants players to run around and create moments, pure vibes. Playing Maguire when he’s not fully fit mind boggling completely undermining his squad depth, should’ve gone with Bailly as he was match fit.
Ole is on borrowed time now, his luck has ran out completely, it’s now a matter of when is he getting sacked
What do you guys think we need, our manager is asking us
Clueless coach
It just goes to show how unserious this board is, a more serious club would’ve sacked him ages ago

There’s a lot of parallels with us and Chelsea. Lampard spent big and was expected to compete and grossly failed. They binned him with no remorse and won a CL because of it
And this was Frank f***ing Lampard they sacked. Legit only maybe Terry is held in higher regard by their fans Ole probably scrapes the top 30 list on our ‘legends’ and we’ll still let him outstay his welcome
At this point a bad result on Wednesday is a necessary evil to speed up the process. In theory it would be a big blow to the CL hopes but I'd trust a new manager to get 9/9 in the last 3 group games more than Ole getting 4-6. Actually could be a rare situation where a draw is the ideal result, keeps the pressure on while also not really messing with the group too much
Liverpool are gonna win 4-0 at OT and the board will reaffirm they're fully behind Ole by Sunday evening
I hope we play the worst game we’ve ever played on Sunday then get a fully undeserved pen last minute to win the game. I really want ole gone but losing to Liverpool at OT isn’t worth it.

Mans makes a very good point
Im pissed as f***. Seen my boy Ten Hag is 2-0 up against Dortmund get him in
4-0 in the end, mad.

If we have to suffer a whole year of Ole football, and then bring in Ten Hagg I’m all for that, rather we got him now, but reports keep saying he doesn’t want to leave until at least the summer
