  • Ole was the nice teacher who gave them treats and let them watch the Office during class, now they actually have to think a little and do some work and they're having a meltdown.

I'm not even sure there's a coach available that can win something with this team again. Pochettino is having the same problem at Psg and he isn't good enough to compete with City. We'd have to hope Ten Hag is the next Pep or Klopp because he has the potential

Under Ole there was never an expectation of long term, sustainable success (at least for me), the hope was always that everything would come together for one season and the team would sort of fluke the CL/league. This was only accentuated by Ronaldo's arrival. Considering the team was made in Ole's vision (or lack thereof), I think that is the ceiling for the currently constructed team.
Any manager with a clear vision will clash with the current squad, so a massive overhaul would be required. Alternatively they could try another vibes manager and hope everything clicks into place, but that's like flipping a coin and hoping it lands on its side

That's true. Pep for example will have problems with the squad because half of our players don't know how to keep possession. Klopp will have problems because we don't know how to press and our full backs are bad in attack which is similar to the problem Rangnick has. Ten Hag is actually going to have the problems of Pep and Klopp that I listed

    Rooney in.

Rooney seems to be doing good at Derby with the cards he’s been dealt and the fact he has criticised multiple times the way a lot of our squad is acting / the structure of the entire club rn. Might be a very promising manager for the future, still idk if we’ll take the risk on another ex player after Ole

time to play the young players, with vdb and whoever else isn't complaining about the new formation against villa next monday. bench the rest of the players who think they're above the badge

  • Spurs and Arsenal aren't even that hard to catch and the CL is wide open as usual, but the difficultly that United will continue to face is that the team is still dreadful

  • Jan 6, 2022

Hilarious that Rangnick probably challenged them to work harder and play better and they decided it would be easier to just speedrun getting him sacked

Players being utter bad throughout the season and then rallying up against the new coach is absurd to me

It makes sense coming from lingard or DVB but 1st team players should not even talk

I honestly wish to blow it up and get rid of 10+ players

    I don’t hate him.

I really just wish he would man up and step down as captain. Then I would at least respect him
