Has been Ajax best and most consistent player this season imo. Only problem is that he’s kind of small for a centre back. But has great technique, passing, tackling, speed and is also good at heading despite his length. Could potentially be a great holding midfielder too 🤔

Yes, he also started out as a full back, but I think he would be wasted there. At Ajax he is one of the players that really controls the game from the back. If Ten Hag would sign him he might play him right back in the beginning just to test the waters, but he’s probably signing to become a main force in the middle of the field, who dictates the play. I can’t see Ten Hag signing him just to become a right back.
