What are the chances that ETH signs any players that have never played in the Eredivisie?

There are rumours of a conspiracy theory going around that Liverpool are (falsely) diagnosing a lot of their players with asthma so that they can use these asthma inhalers before games to increase their stamina during the games since 2017. Apparently over 2/3 of their team is diagnosed with asthma which is far out of normal proportions. Funnily enough back when I still played footy a friend of mine (without asthma) always took his brother’s asthma inhaler to our games because it boosted his stamina so much. Have no idea how real these rumours are, but Liverpool and Klopp have been known to pull tricks like this and it fits my agenda so…
