We should be looking at a wide variety of players for these positions tbh and go for the good deals. I don’t mind us paying a lot for Frenkie because he is a one of a kind player and because we desperately need someone in that position, but we def should not be paying full price for a winger like Antony when there are alternatives for that position.

Agreed. We can look desperate over FDJ and pay whatever Barca want, but we must negotiate and be prepared for other players if our targets like Antony, Eriksen, Martinez/Timber etc. don’t work out
