Also this deal was probably cheap cus Feyenoord had already agreed a sum of €15 million including add ons with Lyon, so we won’t be paying much more than that

Nah, 3 year's time he'll get the captaincy then lead us to our first title since Sir Alex

Not a fan of us only signing Dutch players, they’re an easy target when things don’t workout in the first few months. But I have to say he’s probably the best leftback in the eredivisie and still young so could become a great player for us. Still think we need a right back way more than a left back, we should definitely be selling Telles and Williams cus otherwise we’d have 5 left backs under contract.

Say by the end of this week if Frenkie, Malacia, and Eriksen are all official we’ll be in a pretty decent position. From doom and gloom to 3 good incoming signings.

After that, I think we’ll target a wide attacker/forward, and then I think maybe a CB/RB if we can get some more outgoings happening.

Slowly but surely things are happening…!

How about like belotti? Captain of Torino I believe he’s available on a free. We have zero true strikers other than CR. Why are there no rumours about his destination

Rumour going around is that he's going to Toronto to join Insigne

  • Jun 28, 2022

Ronaldo's a bum now and he'll be focusing on Qatar for his last shot at the World Cup. Clearing his wages should be a high priority for the board

Yes Miami’s lit! For your firstnight start it by doing a light dinner then go to 1-800 lucky which is a night club with food from all countries in Asia That is killer which is great if you want more food and then there are a lot of great clubs near it just by walking around and feeling your vibe indoor/outside/type of music. Keep an eye out for any headliners that might be playing at the clubs to make the experience greater. When it comes to the beach take the bus from where ever you are to south beach and treat your girl to empire(?) for brunch. South beach is the best place to hang out during the day then when it comes to restaurants I recommended La mar for the views and amazing south American cusine by chef Gaston and there’s also another great Portuguese one at the savoy hotel. I highly recommend going to little Havana to check out the most famous Cuban restraunt in the states called Versailles for another brunch and to explore the area. The rest is up to you Send my best regards to pogba

Don’t need any of them, notice how 5/6 are from the Ligue 1. By far the worst of the top 5 leagues.

^ article headline from that: ‘Frenkie de Jong and Tyrell Malacia stood out as the Netherlands eked a 2-1 win over Wales at the Cardiff City Stadium on Wednesday.’

I didn’t even realize when we circulated that clip of de jong winning the ball and dribbling last lots of players, it was to malacia that he passed to for the winning cross.

Thing about these French lads is few if any of us have watched them, Ten Hag hasn't watched much of them and the scouts are the same folk who picked AWB over 804 other right backs. It's pretty much just a lottery if they're any good.
At least with the Ajax lads we know ETH has worked with them

Ligue 1 physical play style translates to the Prem better than most the other European leagues, which is part of what we need in a 6

League quality isn't a reliable barometer, every league cumulatively will have a mix of hits and misses.

What’s more appropriate is looking at the player profile specifically: the position and the system they currently play and then will play for their new team.

Take Grealish for example. It never looked like a particularly smart signing for City: He’s a very creative player, but he is one who slows play a lot and main asset is his dribbling/progressively carrying to draw fouls. He doesn’t score a lot at all, nor does he press/make much of a defensive contribution, — the questions were could he keep his high chance creation stats playing at City whilst also being expected to dwell less on the ball? Could he add goals to his game?

The answers turned out to be no. And it didn’t matter whether he was signed from the PL, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, heck even the Austrian League.

Tbh a few months ago I wouldn’t have expected us to sign a player of his magnitude
