Apparently more Ten Hag slander is coming out tonight

  • Nov 17, 2022

Unless this takes a turn, even the Ten Hag stuff seems pretty mild. Like yeah he said he doesn't respect him but he's not out here calling him a fraud or anything.

Nothing he’s said so far is worth the uproar to be honest.

He’s right about the state of the club & its facilities. He’s right about the owners.

I also understand why he walked off at spurs. If you won’t bring him on for city but then try it at spurs how does that make sense?

You’d have to hope there were efforts made to patch this up before he done this, but I don’t see a way out either.

Best he moves on I think. Thanks for the memories but on we go

Love listening to Ronaldo and Messi talk about each other. Nothing but greatness respecting greatness.

  • Nov 17, 2022

    Talking about Jordan Peterson

Ruined every great thing he said in the last 20 min

  • Nov 17, 2022

anywhere summarizing this? not trying to watch it all

It is good that this whole interview bonanza is finally over and this is the last thing I’m gonna say about it for now.

Ronaldo is kind of right about the excuses that Ten Hag uses, but that is really because Ten Hag knows Ronaldo is not good anymore that’s why he doesn’t play him. Ronaldo thinks it is some kind of agenda against him.

There is also a big difference between refusing to come on for a few minutes at the end of a played game, which I could understand if you’re Ronaldo . And throwing a fit and storming out of the stadium basically undermining the manager for the whole world to see.

If Ronaldo would’ve just said; no I don’t want to come in anymore for a few minutes, I’m sitting back down. Ten Hag would not have had a big problem with that. The problem is that Ronaldo thinks Ten Hag is purposely trying to taunt him, while the reality is that Ten Hag actually just thinks Ronaldo is not good enough anymore to play in top games (which he is clearly right about). Ronaldo’s biggest fear is not getting any attention anymore so when he can’t get it on the field he’ll do anything to get it outside of the field, hence this interview.

The sad thing about Ronaldo’s seemingly huge drop off in form has to do a lot more with his mentality than anything else. After not being in the first few games and being pushed to bench for our ā€˜resurrection’ from the Liverpool game on, he tried way too hard after coming back in. Not passing the ball at all or way too late, trying to do everything by himself, stealing balls from our other players while being offside, shooting or doing dumbass step overs when there are 10 men in front of him. He was only focused on getting the goals for himself, which came at a huge cost for the rest of our whole attack, and the longer he didn’t score and the more easy chances he missed the more he gets fixated on himself wanting to score. He is too old to create goals all by himself like he used to and needs his teammates now more than ever, only he doesn’t seem to see that.

I’m relieved he’ll be gone after this winter, I think it will shift the focus towards the future instead of the past and it will be the beginning of a more unified players group (Ronaldo seems to have hated half of the players in our squad). He’ll always be a legend at the club and I wish him luck in finding a good club, but his time is up here and we need to move on.

Couldn’t agree more. Glad it’s done now & think his mentality has caused the dreadful performances. No coming back now & doubt anyone wants it to.

Just hope we get an exciting striker in January

ā€œCristiano was so good and so f** annoying at the same time. He is probably not as good now but he is probably just as annoying.ā€

Not really a normal thing to say about a ā€œfriendā€. I also think the issue lies in how OFTEN Rooney speaks on Ronaldo. Never any critiques for the garbage pile of useless English idiots that United employs. Just for Ronaldo.

Ok interview done, now the club need to announce he’s been released and move on and sign a new striker in January. Happy days
