Keep De Gea till an actual improvement comes available on the market. We have bigger worries than GK, especially when the ones listed will be incredibly overpriced. Our fanbase is to focused on just getting players in, we should be focused on getting the right ones in.

• Might be available THIS January on a discount because Juventus is in financial trouble.
• Has proven himself at a high level.
• Is a player that’s totally different to the ones we have and exactly the kind of attacker we’re missing.
• Is only 22! Can be our striker for the next 10 years!

It baffles me we’re not linked to him more. Especially when we’re after a player like Gakpo who will cost a lot and basically is a taller and slower version of Rashford and not even a real striker, already know we’re going to be looking for another striker the season after.

I agree, GK position is a bit shallow rn kinda like full backs were couple seasons ago. Some of these guys haven’t broken through yet that are younger like costa simon even donnaruma. Courtois Allison ederson neuer ter Stegen lloris and maybe emi martinez after that WC, are only ones top tier imo and honestly de gea has been great so far.

Well he’s the best keeper that is available for us at the moment. I do agree he needs to take a wage cut, but it seems like thats 90% sure to happen.
