    this is the equivalent of dumpster diving and finding 2 somewhat decently valued items amongst a pile of garbage

    because this is based on a book I have perhaps some faith this could be good (see: big little lies s1) but if it gets a second season and they try to expand on the source material then you better duck & cover cause it’s gonna start raining bricks lol (see: big little lies s2)

    Definitely enjoyed the first three episodes they showed tonight of the series, lots of great acting displays from the three leads with their interactions/how they each deal with the main character's child conundrum at hand. Gets a little contrived at times, but doesn't veer too off course for the most part. Looking forward to seeing how the rest of the show pans out.

    Also, I know y'all are wondering so I'll just go ahead and answer the obvious question:

    Yes, Elle Fanning gets nude in this. A lot. Like, Emma Stone in Poor Things-level
