Which journaling app do you use?

I use whatever note taking app I can find, but it's mainly OneNote since it came with the laptop I had when I started and didn't need a subscription like Evernote, really didn't thing that deeply in it when I started.
First couple of entries I had were the most basic things said in one or two sentences.
