Been rewatching Blade 2 all week to pass time at work, it doesn’t take itself too seriously but in a non corny way. Enjoyable early comic flick that doesn’t feel too much like a “CBM”.

Interested to see what the MCU does with the character but I doubt it’ll be half as stylized

The martial arts definitely won't look as good.

The comedy works so well in Blade cause the characters aren't telling jokes. The dialogue and situations are just naturally hilarious. Please don't forced that Marvel humor on this
