I’ll take that but the fact that theye making it a point that this is before Civil War means they’re intending on it being prime MCU and that’s just weird ass messaging
Maybe they’re setting the seeds for Secret Wars. Yes, it takes place before Civil War, but in an alternate universe and when Secret Wars happens this Peter will meet Tom’s Peter.
Post credit scene of Freshman Year gonna be Tony asking Strange to do the NWH spell so that Oscorp doesn’t exist
Wait WHAT
I’m saying if he’s truly replacing Tony in this show that’s a possibility lmao
weird that peter is still wearing his glasses after becoming spider-man
boy must be wearing lensless cause ain’t no way
Press release indicates that Freshman Year is, in fact, MCU canon
Well now that we got the Multiverse, “canon in the MCU” can mean anything lmao
weird that peter is still wearing his glasses after becoming spider-man
boy must be wearing lensless cause ain’t no way
Maybe it’s like those fake glasses that art hoes wear
weird that peter is still wearing his glasses after becoming spider-man

Dude thinks he Superman
Well now that we got the Multiverse, “canon in the MCU” can mean anything lmao
It specifically says “on his way to becoming Spider-Man in the MCU”, so I think this is canon to 616
It specifically says “on his way to becoming Spider-Man in the MCU”, so I think this is canon to 616
They need to clarify this
Like tomorrow lmao
It specifically says “on his way to becoming Spider-Man in the MCU”, so I think this is canon to 616
Kind of a reach tbh
It specifically says “on his way to becoming Spider-Man in the MCU”, so I think this is canon to 616
This would make zero sense
It specifically says “on his way to becoming Spider-Man in the MCU”, so I think this is canon to 616
How are they going to explain everything that happens in this show being canon? Plot twist: they won’t
It’ll be MCU canon but like another universe of the MCU canon
If that makes sense
Maybe
Who the f*** knows
How are they going to explain everything that happens in this show being canon? Plot twist: they won’t
Osborn I can maybe understand. Maybe they can introduce him, have him be a father type figure, and then at the end of Season 1 say he goes overseas or something and that’s why we’ve never seen him in the MCU.
But Doc Ock being there makes no sense whatsoever because Peter had clearly never encountered him before in NWH
