Okay tbh I think despite what I want, Evan Peters is mephisto :( initially I thought it would be too convoluted to have someone who played quicksilver in another franchise to be the devil but pretending to be quicksilver but not HIS quicksilver. But I’m starting to think that is the POINT of his casting. To play into the whole recasting, meta, TV, confusing stuff that the show is doing. I would’ve loved another slow mo Evan peters scene but I think he the devil yall :( Which is also super super cool in its own way.

In the scene when Sparky passes, Wanda explains she can’t bring him back and that some things are forever.|| || She definitely had Quicksilver in mind, she was able to bring Vision back due to the attachment with the mind stone and that he’s not a organic living being.

Beyond that she can’t.

So i think her powers have evolved so much that even subconsciously she can’t control what’s happening with her reality and that she brought over this version of Quicksilver from the X-Men universe because it’s the closest thing she could get

So he was brought into this reality and fell under control immediately so he’d believe that he really was her brother

The main complaint from a lot of people was that the first three episodes were 97% sitcom gimmick and 4 and a half minutes of actual plot advancement

The first 3 are literally 20 minutes each they’re not really time commitments and the build up is what makes the plot development parts hit and feel like oh s*** this is something !!
