Evan WOULD assume that him and MCU Wanda are long lost siblings. In the next ep I bet she catches him up on things and that’s when the leaked scene comes into it

IMO it’s pretty obvious that mephisto are the animals that have appeared in the show (rabbit, stork, dog)

Notice how they only appeared when kids are mentioned

rabbit- “For the children”
stork - their birth / present while delivering the babies
dog - a kids childhood dream to have
