What if Wanda already cast the "No more mutants."? What if as a child, her mother took her and Pietro on the run when Magneto became obsessed with punishing humanity and establishing mutants as the ruling class? Perhaps he found them and, in trying to stop them from running, killed their mother. Wanda was so enraged and sick of him chasing them and talking about how they were mutants and needed to be with him that she decided, "No more mutants." Magneto and all other mutants were basically blipped except her and Pietro, whose powers she just removed. She created a fake alternative where their parents were just regular people who died in a car crash. The Mind Stone didn't give them powers, it just unlocked them from the depths of their subconscious? And maybe when this series ends and everything comes crashing down, they accidentally break a spell she cast long ago, returning all mutants back to Earth. The X-Men could have retro costumes n s\*\*\* 'cause they'd all be from the late 80s early 90s, right? And the overwhelming change in reality could tear open the multiverse.
