The idea is that MCU sucks now because Feige is less involved in projects/ spread too thin. There's hope that Feige will dedicate a lot of his attention to F4 and X-Men, leading to a return to form.

She was talking specifically about one or two of the planets they visit I’m pretty sure, not the movie as a whole.

”The biggest difference from the other MCU movies to date is that it’s really wacky, and silly," DaCosta teases. "The worlds we go to in this movie are worlds unlike others you’ve seen in the MCU. Bright worlds that you haven’t seen before."

And obviously scenes with Iman are gonna be goofy because that’s her character.

And the plot is about characters switching powers and places with each other until they fix it which that in itself lends it to being a bit wacky.
