But pre Infinity War there was a clean throughline. There were well defined individual characters that all lead to the big conflict. I don't see that happening here.

I see no other reason to bring back RDJ. Plus scoopers have been talking about they knew RDJ was coming back to play Tony as a villain they just didn’t know which one.
