DDC stuck making movies, they aint sticking him on shows lol

Now that you mention it, that’s probably a big reason this is getting canceled . Cretton gonna be busy doing Spiderman now, and probably Shang Chi

  • VisionQuest still gonna be sick probably but aside from DD I think MCU shows will be phased out post Secret Wars

and if that’s the case starting and ending with WandaVision and VisionQuest is a good full circle moment

Destin only directed the first couple episodes, he still could've just EP'd it with Guest running things

  • Just end my life

It had 91% on Rotten Tomatoes and was one of their only shows to have a second season straight up announced.

I guess the streaming numbers aren't enough for Disney but like.. you kinda have to give TV shows a chance to attract a bigger audience overtime

    It’s also Emmy nominated

He was supposed to do Kang Dynasty, so I bet he gets whatever big crossover movie happens after Secret Wars as well.

  • I’ve said it before but they need to put Marvel shows on Hulu. Of course they’re not getting any ratings on Disney+

(I know it’s on Hulu now but they take too long to put it on there)

Seems like the Marvel is going to introduce all of the X Men across different movies so we will see how that goes.

Anyone had any thoughts on a streamlined Phase 4 and 5 which only contains projects crucial for Doomsday? So many projects came out in Phase 4 especially that don’t seem like they’ll be revisited again because of the changes in creative direction.

The most essential ones are in bold, but I think this is probably the best list where a little fat is left for context

    Phase 4
    Loki Season 1
    WandaVision
The Falcon and The Winter Soldier
    Black Widow
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
    Eternals
    Spider-Man: No Way Home
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
    Ms. Marvel
    Thor: Love and Thunder
    Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

    Phase 5
    Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania
    Loki Season 2
    The Marvels
    Deadpool & Wolverine
    Captain America: Brave New World

    Phase 6
    Thunderbolts
    The Fantastic Four: First Steps
    Spider-Man: Brand New Day
    VisionQuest

If you want to dive into the X-Men movies a little beforehand just do X-Men, X2, Days of Future Past, Logan, and the first two Deadpools

Plot points in Eternals carry over to Brave New World so I would, but it probably isn't necessary

I really only list Ant-Man because I think it's definitely possible he'll mention him dealing with Kang

I think The Marvels is essential because of how it ends really, I can't see how that's not addressed

  • Incredible fumbling of the tv characters over these past few years

Moon Knight, She Hulk, Ironheart, Echo, etc. and now Wonder Man

Wasn’t Black Widow phase 4? Crazy how in the grand scheme of things it became an important watch

I mean it is, but the story itself is set right after Civil War. But I guess it's Yelena's & Red Guardian's introduction so

Yelena and Red Guardian. Thunderbolts basically a sequel

  • Gotta give it to Fergie for his latest run. Looks like he took more control again after multiple mids and skips

Gotta watch Hawkeye too while we’re at

    Continue Yelena’s arc

If you skip the Black Widow post credit scene you can skip Hawkeye
