kevin feige is a f*** up but also disney prolly didn't want them to make this movie as well
Who was supposed to direct Blade again?
Bassam Tariq originally then went to Yann Demange
The only thing I probably wouldnt have liked about this Blade project was apparently it wasnt going to have a lot of action.
Blade = N/A
Wonder Man = Mid
Monica = Mid
Ironheart = Skip
War Machine = Mid
Captain America = Skip
Probably because they all suck

How on earth is feige still employed lmfao
movie canceled
Game canceled
wtf they doing to blade

wtf goin on man. are the shows going to just be phased out at this point?
I assume like Star Wars they're likely just going to stick with animations for TV. Wouldn't surprise me if the studio thats doing Xmen 97 ends up doing other Marvel projects. Sort of like how LucasFilm Animation does Clone Wars, Tales, Maul, Rebels, Bad Batch, etc.
I'm not going to cosign a lot of s*** on that list, lol... but there definitely seems like a concerted effort recently across all media forms (and the government) to weaken the influence of black representation in general

Have you seen this Spider-Man box office?
He ain't leaving until he decides to atp
Sam's Captain America movie was a Harrison Ford movie.

Nothing apparently
Ironheart was dumped onto the app for a reason lol
Monica being forgotten is more of a Marvels thing who knows when we’ll even see Carol or Kamala again
Martian Manhunter let’s go
How on earth is feige still employed lmfao
Honestly because he had such a great run and a lot of stuff despite fan anger wasn't his fault like he didn't wanna do Disney+ shows but that was a mandate from above him.
It seems Disney views a big part of the MCU brands downfall being brand dilution tied to TV shows so I think that really insulated him from the failure of the previous phase because he was apparently against it off rip.

Yeah in general when the political vibe shifts media shifts but I also think it doesn't help that all the black heroes were tied to a vision of MCU that is largely dead.
There was a clear idea here that we were gonna get a brand new world this Phase of characters but with all the failure it seems MCU and Marvel in general is taking s*** back to pre MCU Marvel.
It was over once the Thunderbolts flopped fr
