Er yeah Sony whatever. Feel like you haven't read as many "forming new team" Avengers issues as me possibly. Theres a system they always go for and having the greenest noob lead has never been the way. I've seen Tony, Cap, Danvers, Thor etc have the conversation many times. Panther was unanimously voted the newest "chairman" in the comics because he actually has the character for it. Holland and his spider-man feel very far from having the character for it and even accepting the post even by default would feel very inconsistent with any characterization of Spider-Man I've ever read. He's not the leader type.
