Wanda was able to almost kill Thanos coz he didnt have the gauntlet in EG, while Thor/Tony/Strange had to fight him with the gauntlet which is why they weren't able to kill him, even tho I believe they wouldve been able to if he didn't have it in IW.

Am I the only one who thinks Agatha might not be the villain here as it seems they trynna set her up to be?

I mean I would say Hayward is the villain. Agatha is just a witch who happened to be in westview and is intimidated by Wanda’s powers
