The way I took it was that Wanda did this out of pure grief and despair without intent. Throughout the show Agatha keeps nudging her into realizing what she is doing but her subconscious keeps blocking those things out.
The writers confused this a bit by having her go out to throw the drone back at Hayward but until episode 8 she was "unintentionally" using her power to do this while subconsciously convincing herself everyone would be fine and happy with it.
I also think the townsfolk felt her pain and grief for themselves and have a physical understanding of what she was going through. They would still be mad that this happened to them but similar to what Monica said I think they all would do the same if they had her power. This would ultimately lead to jealousy and fear of powered humans.
There are def some plot holes with this tho...
DS2 is gonna be the GOAT MCU Solo movie if it lives up to its name and establish Strange as a TOP 3 MCU character
Wanda had zero consequences, we legit seen people that were crying while in an infinity loop in her hex and for some reason she gets off like she's still the hero lol wanda at least in a sense knew what she was doing. That's why she changed time when the dude from sword came to talk to her. I really think the "Agatha all along" song has stopped people from realizing 99.9 percent of this is still wanda and the tragic thing is she was treated like a Saint from monica all because her mom died...wow lol wanda was legit torturing these people and keeping them hostage without there children and in some cases significant others for weeks but all because of "grief" she gets away with no issue? Wild.
Not to mention white vision got all his memory's back and will more than likely get back with wanda, and her kids seem to still be alive? Lol this finale really meant nothing
Keep it a buck its crazy hayword got arrested when wanda really was a pycopath the entire time.
Hayward was trash too tho, he deserved to get arrested fasho, I get why Monica respected Wanda, I don’t think she was ever saying Wanda should get off Scott free, and Wanda def got off easy this show made me hate her character
Highlight of this show was Paul Bettany and Randall Park fasho

Not to start the speculation s*** up again but I think that there is a small chance of that end scene leading to some Mephisto s***.
Anyways this show was fire and has set a high standard for the MCU shows
Vision was the best part of the show no cap
Wonder where they’ll follow up on you know who
Vision, besides the shifting tv narrative, was the only good part of the show
Thought I was crazy after thinking it was so mid and seeing so many people praise it
She kindanapped an entire towns consciousness and still was positioned as a good guy at the end of the series and even then some of you still think they are gonna make her a villain in the doctor strange movie?
Cmon
I don’t think they forced her into being a good guy though, she’s moreso of a good guy compared to Agatha and Hayward, plus it’s obvious at the end what she did was awful, and even though Monica simply gave her a slap on the wrist I thought of that as more of an “I understand” type deal and not an actual she’s the hero no consequences type statement
Also aside from her showing no remorse, and overall being a clear villain, its obvious Wanda did this whole thing without intent, like her body acted out of grief, and after the fact she tried to convince herself everyone was happy
But I still find myself hating her character now

pay attention
she not positioned as good guy nowhere

Yeah I probably need to rewatch the episode tbh I think I was messing up some dialouge

Don't worry majority of future villains in mcu will be from Westview.
As far as the darkhold goes, do they just summon it or do you have to physically have it? I know it consumes you basically but if you don’t have it anymore then do you snap out of it? I haven’t watched Agents of Shield or haven’t read much on it as far as comics go.
Your point being?
$1400 stimmy coming soon
You can buy a year of Disney+ soon.
