i'm trying to avoid spoilers and go into this completely blind cause i heard the premise is fire, but is there any movies in particular i have to watch before to understand what's going on? i believe i've seen all MCU movies except for Captain Marvel and the Ant Man's

I feel like some subtle things in this show get much better if you remember what Wanda (and Vision) have experienced in the MCU, then you should be ok! :)

You’ve seen every thing Wanda and Vision are in. There’s also a recap show on Disney+, Marvel Legends, that will bring you up to speed if you forgot stuff

Only thing from the films you haven’t seen is Jimmy Woo, who appeared in Ant-Man and the Wasp is in this show
