That's not my point. my point is that they intention downplay the heroes committing acts of brutality to service the story.

Cap prolly killed a few nazis and has wrecked a bunch of robots n aliens but outside of the indirect Ultron casualties which have been heavily addressed in universe none of the Avengers have done anything as vengeful and dark as what John did, especially considering the dude wasn’t even responsible lol

How we feeling about the Walker vs Sam & Bucky fight?

one of the better fights of the MCU for me

It got girtty af and very uncomfortable at moments

I liked it. Don't think there's anything in the MCU as violent as it, which isn't saying much. But I did wince a bit when Walker's arm got snapped

Civil War says only 74 people died in the battle of NY from the 1st Avengers

It's nuts they think 74 is a believeable number for that

there’s only abt 3 or 4 things out of the whole failed Netflix experiment that deserve to be in the mcu proper IMO

Tbh i would like to see all the Netflix mains come back. Even Iron Fist deserves a 2nd chance

I wonder what movie or show we’ll see falcon and winter soldier in next

With Wandavision we knew we’d see continuation in DS2

But for this we don’t know a set place when we might see Sam & that new falcon army kid

Are we gonna just pretend that Steve Rogers didn't shield-whip villains when he was captain and didn't kill people?

I feel like the show really downplays the brutality when it's done by the heroes as opposed to the villains.

I think fans are gonna assume that Cap killed a bunch of people just like regular people would assume that if Cap was in real life.

Cops kill people. That don't mean Steve Rogers does.

Just like Falcon told old man angel, "Steve isn't the one who locked you up"

You can assume that s***, but what you assume got nothing to do with them

There’s a difference between killing someone trying to kill you during a war and executing someone the way Walker did.

The directing in this show is really, really good. Directing and the acting are definitely the best part of this whole show.
