Kate's mom definitely knows about Jack's secret. I also think Jack has history with Hawkeye, and I don't think he's the "bad guy". I think Jack and Kate's mom are working together against some group (maybe friends of Kingpin) that's why he also killed his own uncle. Tracksuit mafia works for Echo who works for Kingpin. I also feel like Echo will turn against Kingpin later. Hawkeye will probably bond with her or something over the hearing issues

Overall a very good start to the show and definitely a part of the MCU we have not seen (outside of the Netflix shows).
