That was a great first episode. Really love the cinematography so far and Isaac and Hawks are already killing it. Those monsters are actually scary too. And I like how they showed us Moon Knight in full form already instead of waiting towards the end of the show like some other Marvel properties have done.

One thing I’m confused about though is why Steven seems confused as to what’s happening? I thought he was aware that he has DID considering the fact that he locks himself to the bed while he sleeps and keeps multiple locks on his door, but it seems like when people call him by his other personalities and he wakes up in different places he has no idea what’s going on

Also idk if anyone else has said this already but early prediction is that Steven’s mom is dead but he doesn’t remember that she is

The way he talks about it in the episode makes it sound like he thinks he just sleep walks for 10 hours..

I have not read the Moon Knight comics so this is a pure guess:

Marc is the "real" personality, that's why the woman calling asked about the accent.

Marc uses these other personalities as a way to hide the real him. Some of the personalities are also not allowed to know about his existance. When Marc takes over during the night he goes back to bed and does the tape and the lock on his feet etc so the Steven personality wouldn't realize what's happening. The new fish was bought because Marc went to the alps and forgot to feed the fish for 3 days but wanted Steven to think it was just a dream hence the new fish.
