Not even that bad cmon yall
does not take anything away from the show, just poor for disney/marvel "Standards"
i think worse than the logs was the dude jumping from the car onto the cupcake truck lol. something bout it just looked really silly
Not even that bad cmon yall
damn I really thought it looked horrible. Hopefully the next episodes are more polished cause that was tbh the only thing I didn’t like. S*** was great besides that
Finally saw the first episode
As for me, I really dug it man
I loved the cinematography and how the characters are introduced. This one was well written too.
Yeah the CGI def wasn’t as good as it could’ve been but I hope it gets better.
Really loved how the episode kept the focus on Steven for most of the episode. Kept the suspense up.
Horror elements for this were well done too.
Overall I’m really excited for the rest of this series.
Now as for my step dad, he really liked it. He felt cheated with how the episode ended but it’s how they’ve done these shows
He likes the depiction of the characters for this story. He’s still “complaining” that Steven isn’t a millionaire like in the comics or that he doesn’t have Frenchie but he also is accepting it for what it is. He enjoys it tho. Really interested to see how he reacts to the rest as much as I am just watching it
Dead at the fact that Megan Thee Stallion is in She Hulk. That show sounds like it’s going to be a f***ing mess

What does that have to do with it being bad? If she a decent actor nothing of what you said matters
Where is the bad CGI? Idgi
nigga you drunk, high, blind , deaf and got alopecia. That CGI WAS TRASH
but also the bad CGI didnt ruin the episode that was a really solid opening episode
Dr Strange CGI bout to be trash huh?
i think the main reason the CGI is so bad in some of the newer marvel stuff is lack of planning and too much last minute reliance on it. marvel knows anything they want to change or add they can do in post and they abuse that fact to the extent they've completely abandoned practical effects and even proper sets at this point.
but something tells me raimi knows what he's doing and won't abide by marvels usual methods. that scene in spider-man 3 when sandman is born was revolutionary cg for the time. the delayed release gives me hope too. unless it's out of his hands and they f*** with his film, i don't think it'll look as blatantly rushed as usual.

I’m mad you threw in alopecia
I feel like Steven is gone from the remaking episodes. Fell like Mark gonna take the wheel
