ragedsycokillerNaaaaah. This is one team that shouldn't have mcu quips or humor. In all of their iteration they are like parents or guardians of superheros with the balance they hold. They aren't a rag tag team of super hero coworkers who have their own secret lives. F4 legit act like a family who loves each other at least
There’s a lot of humor in the comics. Johnny and Ben are constantly cracking jokes and pranking each other. It’s a big reason why the 2000s movies were basically family comedies with the superhero stuff a side plot. I’m not saying they should go as far as the 2000s movies with the comedy but if ever there was a Marvel property to add more humor to it’s Fantastic Four

I think Johnny should be the only one who gets the humor bug a bit more to be fair

Safest movie since Cap Marvel 1
as much as ppl whine about “the formula” it plays the same beats as any other MCU movie prior to 2012

Can't even blame them for being too safe with this one. This is clearly the best F4 live adaptation

Yeah I think my only complaint is that I needed more time with the guys? I’m pretty ignorant to comic book s*** so I was expecting an “oh this is the fantastic 4” going into it but I left with “solid movie”
Had an aunt say “ew she’s too ugly to play invisible woman” when a commercial came on so it’s surprising ppl didn’t f*** with it
