It was trash in Civil War the comics. It was trash with Peter Industries.
No reason why it would work anywhere . Balancing both sides of his life is such a fundemental aspect of Peter Parker.

I know the MCU isn't a direct adaptation of those storylines. But when you deviate too much from the source material and the thematic elements that make up said character you gotta step back and ask yourself why are you even adapting Peter Parker.

Why not give a Stark Spider suit to that kid from Iron Man 3 and save yourself the headache lmao.

rewatched tasm 2 today and i can't be the only one who thinks its severely overhated

i won't deny that it feels bloated with unnecessary plot points but there are still moments that i really enjoy. andrew and emma's chemistry is so hypnotising. the movie almost feels more like a romcom than a spider-man movie because of how great andrew and emma's chemistry is

how the web makes a hand in this scene and the juxtaposition in this scene of peter seeing gwen fall in slow motion and gwen falling in real time

Story of the movie is weak, and I don't love the Gobling design, but it has the best web slinging out of all the Spider-Man movies

Also has the best relationship

And personally it has my favorite suit too
