First thing you said was that we seen all the same old comic book stories.

I gave you an example of the previous movie franchises doing stuff from the comic books but tweaking it in their own way to make it fit their movies.

Then you said we seen those stories play out in comic books, animation etc and that it’s redundant.

I said that what is redundant is bringing back actors from previous franchises to play off of viewers nostalgia.

Now it’s about what’s only redundant in the live action sense???

I can see the potential problem.

I can be cynical and mean about nostalgia baiting or i could get excited at the prospect of this movie being a success and doing justice to past characters in this franchise.

If the movie is trash i will complain then
