Team ups are cool but I feel like the whole trilogy shouldn’t have been based on it, I probably wouldn’t feel this way if they didn’t start the trilogy with the main character as a sidekick. That’s the real mistake at the end of the day, should’ve had him stand on his own two in the first movie then team ups in the next 2

That’s why the movies kinda suck. I just think Spider-Man should’ve had his own independent origin at the very least, I don’t think he should come out the gate being helped. It just doesn’t feel heroic or inspiring, Spider-Man is nearly reduced to a Don Jr figure who is only in his position because of daddy’s money

AND what did Fury even do in Far From Home? He was talking to Peter over comms

That’s it. He wasn’t there helping him fight Mysterio. Fury had nothing to do with Peter mastering his Spider Sense to put Mysterio to an end. Fury didn’t tell him how to destroy the drones in mass (before he used Edith)

That was Peter, in the field, thinking on his feet
