He gets tricked into getting hit by a train, scuffed by and fought flying drones attacking Europe, Mysterio steals literally billion dollar glasses with access to Stark tech and gaslighting the public into being a “hero” that will only cause mass harm to keep that illusion.

lol bro you just telling me events that happen, that doesn’t necessarily correlate to it being “eventful” itself. FFH was not a eventful movie & felt like a rushed filler episode. Like I could’ve skipped this movie & nothing would be of loss with Peter’s character development or the overall progression of his story

Oh I don’t care I’m there day 1 either way it’s just cool to see I’m not alone thinking that. Even if viral takes against spider man go up most of them are day 1 anyway or buying tickets tonight

your rebuttal was mid. You said the movie didn’t have any stakes and or consequences.

His identity being revealed is one of the biggest consequences we have had for a Spider-Man movie in a min now.

Homecoming barely gave a reason for Holland Spidey to be interested in Liz
Far From Home gives him reason and reason for MJ to be interested in each other and develop that relationship more.

and as someone said previously this film is the opposite of Homecoming, in which that movie he wanted to focus on being Spider-Man… in this movie he wants his regular life to be the focus but he goes through all of that having to learn that he can’t just pass on his responsibilities to just anyone, he has to take upon that responsibility as Spider-Man.

It’s not that I don’t understand, it’s just that FFH is clearly the weaker link. I’m not even trying to hate on it but there’s no way you gonna tell me that movie was anything more than just okay lol it was not a proper follow up to Homecoming and I’m standing by that

NWH looks really interesting and let’s all just look forward to that
