If it’s a true street level movie it can be done

On paper I get what ya mean, but it's Marvel Studios - this will still be a $150+ mil blockbuster film, and it's gonna require a bunch of time in post on effects alone.

If they manage to get it into theatres in less than a year in the current blockbuster production climate where all the effects studios are heavily backed up, I'd be very impressed.

Hopefully they won't change the movie's ending 3 months before the release date

Wonder if they’re going to do anything to “alter” Peter’s look to better distinguish him from the other trilogy.

A light beard or something could be cool but I’m 99% certain Holland can’t grow any facial hair.

Also, a slight personality shift could be interesting as well, if Peter was to be a lot more introverted and rugged, focusing more on Spider-Man than his regular life as a form of escapism.

If the script is locked in they probably already started some pre-viz.
