And before that Far From Home

Before that Homecoming

I think reviewers lamest gimmick is "best movie in MCU " "best spider man movie " " Best movie since the dark knight" " Best superman movie ever" because they are often empty statements vs what they could say of value about the movie they just saw. Even though embargoed. Selling viral comparisons to an dumb population that operates on hyperbole and recency bias just always works and for many has brainwashed the population to discuss movies and art that same way. Without being able to say much more

When truth be told it shouldnt take 20 years to get the character , action and writing better than a 2004 movie. Especially with the budget and time had.

In an ideal world especially with Raimi still alive and even 2 of the 3 writers. RIP to the main writer. You have access to the 90s cartoon, Raimi verse, Amazing verse and comics to look at what they did right and wrong with the character then focus on creating a coherent story. I think for much of the run so far either by Sony or Disney too much of the movies plotting has been on helping the MCU move forward or clean up an event movie vs be a functional spider man movie and peter parker movie especially. Hearing this one does focus on peter parker though so I am in. Cant wait for tomorrow night

Saying that she is the villain but there is a good reason why is not really defensible even if yes many of us already gathered. He knew the marketing wasnt really talking about her being Jean Grey or being the villain. So just dont say it plain and simple. All this defending him is goofy. Its not the end of the world but at the same time he knows what he did was unnecessary. Not a single reviewer dumb enough to say " Jean Grey" they just say Sadie Sink character and not one mentions she is a villain

The character looks like this in the trailer lol, and we see people being psychically affected . Steve shouldn’t have said anything, but Marvel wasn’t really trying to be subtle about it at all with the marketing

Shame we cant trust social media reactions for Spider Man but it is the way it is. Its kind of like a Spider Man premiere and them knowing the movie is going to make crazy money either way makes them just lie or fluff stuff some. There are some games that are the same way so I get it.
