The color was so good. Loved how vibrant his suit looked
Saw the movie yesterday and I was expecting something really good after seeing the hype for this. I liked everything that was about Peters loneliness, MJ and Ned but everything besides that was meh. Just makes me wish this whole franchise wasn't tied to the MCU anymore because I don't care about anyone or anything related to it.
I had to google who some of these guys are afterwards and thats why the MCU has been losing their general audience for a while now
I do like the movie more than all the other MCU Spider Man movies though and I do like it in general. Just the missed opportunity that this could've been a classic just doesn't sit right

EmotionMovie was the most poweful the first like 15-30 min or so. Thats where the emotional weight was at for me. Rest of the movie was fine but he basically just fought you know who the whole movie.
Not sure if this was intentional or not but the way the mutants are described and the way they're spoken about it kind of gives me LGBTQ allegory vibes. If they were going for that that's genius if not then they should. Make the over arching theme of x men/introduction to mutants an allegory to being queer. With this A24 ass x men they putting together it's money in the bank
X-Men been a lgbtq allegory, especially since the bryan singer movies so you're not off base

It was colorful but had a murky look at times not too different from Superman. Especially the early web swinging scences. It wasn’t maintained the entire time but enough for me to notice and wish it was even more colorful
