My predictions:
mj and Ned show up in a cafe where depressed Spider-Man is stalking / lamenting them before they go to Boston OR he saves them at one point in the movie when they’re back from break or sum. Spidey not gonna move to them he’s set up in nyc

Miles will be in the film as a minor character, somebody he meets through feast or the bodega he starts going to or he saves him from something

Daredevil + kingpin, prowler, black cat, tombstone MAYBE

Ffs cancel the third line of business and let Marvel use those characters
