Low key the way I thought they would have her regain her memory would be have her be injured and Peter has the symbiote go onto her to heal her and she would see all of Peter's memories of them together from his point of view

or save her for Spider-Man 5 and have Venom go after her and ned and Peter has to protect them while they have no idea who he is

Feel like the Daredevil and Punisher plot will be something separate while Peter will be dealing with symbiote and Mephisto manipulation in the background.
